The Eolian solar car was created in 2007 as a development of the Faculties of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and of Design of the University of Chile. The new model, Eolian Fénix, is the first two-seater in Latin America. More than 30 students work on it under the guidance of Professor Rodrigo Palma, director of SERC Chile.
