On October 6, in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad Diego Portales (Av. Ejército Libertador 441, Santiago, Metro Toesca), an insightful seminar titled 'Energy Autonomy and Decentralization in Chile: Challenges, Advantages, and Projects' will be held.
Key topics to be addressed include the political and philosophical aspects of decentralization, solar self-consumption, and experiences from renewable energy projects.

9:40 AM – 10:00 AM: Quilpué: public works for a city with greater energy efficiency: Ariel Markovits Rojas, Technical Works Advisor for the Municipality of Quilpué.
