During a timed hearing, the director of SERC Chile, Rodrigo Palma, briefed the regional governor of the Metropolitan Region, Claudio Orrego, on the Center’s scientific contributions and the challenges of fostering connections between the scientific community in the field of energy and society at large.

Palma, speaking on behalf of the more than 80 researchers affiliated with SERC Chile, cordially invited the official to participate in some of the milestones that might arise from their joint collaboration, leaving open the possibility of including other interested organizations, with the goal of engaging the public in the scientific advances produced by the Center.
